Flame retardant of Hard Polyurethane is of High insulation, and high thermo engineering property. At 35-40kg/m3, Its thermal conductivity is only 0.018-0.023 w/(m.k), about half of that of EPS, and is the lowest among all insulation materials.
Hard Polyurethane is moisture proof and waterproof. It is hydrophobic and foam open cell rate is over 90%. Its thermal conductivity is unchanged even after it absorbs water, and there will no seepage to the surface.
Hard Polyurethane is fireproof, flame-retarded, and high temperature resistant. After added with flame retardant, it will be difficult to burn and self-extinguishing. It will only be softened when temperature is above 250, and only resolve at higher temperature. In addition, when burning, it will form dust on its surface, which well insulate the bubble underneath, and then stop fire from further spreading. One more important point, even under high temperature, it will not generate noxious gas.
With outstanding insulation performance, it will help to reduce thickness of outer structure and increase usable area inside, when the requirement for insulation is the same.

Hard Polyurethane is of blind hold structure, then it is not only strong on thermal insulation, and also very good on anti-freezing, and sound absorption. Under normal usage and maintenance, it can last for over 30 years. It can sustain in the environment of dry, moist or electrochemical corrosion, and not affected by insects, fungus, algae or rodent.
High performance price ratio. Even though its unit price is higher than other traditional insulation materials, the higher cost is offset by the saving of air conditioning or heat supply.
